Will Carter

Will’s interest in production started at the age of 10, while with his mom at choir rehearsals. Through high school, he built and operated his own audio production business. In high school, Will discovered that God's calling for his life was to use his love for media production and show technology for God's Glory through the vessel of the church world. Will received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Show Production, with a minor in Recording Engineering, at Full Sail University in Winter Park, Florida in 2014. From 2012-2023, he worked as a Director of Media in various sized churches in Florida and North Carolina.

Will married his wife, Paige, in April of 2018, and they have two sons, Easton and Oakland, who keep them on their feet. Will joined us in 2023 as a Project Coordinator and Shop Manager. If you want to talk Media Ministry strategy, he’s been there, done that, and maybe one day write a book.
